We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience at NEEV Academy. If you're not satisfied with a course, we offer a refund policy under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds 30-Day Refund Window: You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. After 30 days, we are unable to process a refund. Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for any course where you have completed 25% or more of the content or received a certificate of completion.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@neevacademy.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the following information in your request:
Your account email address
The course title
A brief explanation for the refund request

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund, depending on the payment processor used.
4. Refunds for Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team at support@neevacademy.com. We will work to resolve the issue, and if the problem cannot be fixed, you may be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, including but not limited to administrative charges or additional services, may not be refundable. Please review the course description for any non-refundable items before purchasing.
